In June 2000 a new structural subdivision in the library is created – editorial publishing sector, which is designed for office documentation’s making and also for providing a house style of documentary products with the use of modern computer technologies, organization of the library publishing activity.
The workers of the sector jointly with the library staff prepared for publishing the first literary edition - literary almanac "Liberia" - collection of its readers’ works and works of the library workers, materials of scientific-practical conference “Authority. Library. City community”, publicity package of documents about the CLN work “Resources. Services. Novations”, literary almanac “Songs of the sea”, in which works of winners and participants of the International festival “A sea-hoarse” are collected. “Calendar-2002”,“ Calendar -2003”,“ Calendar -2004” are made, the first part of the library bulletin MOBA “BiblioAs”, business card, advertising booklet about CLN and book-marks for its structural subdivisions are prepared.
Jointly with ІБВ the next bibliographic editions are prepared:
- “Districts of Mykolaiv”
- “Central”, “Leninskiy”, ”Zavodskiy”, ”Korabelniy”;
- “Mykolaiv Zoo is 100”;
- “Laureates of the Arkasovskaya premium”;
- Instructions for the readers from a series “Literary Mykolaiv”.
