 How to become a reader |
| The Ukrainian Citizens who have reached 14 years old, irrespective of sex, nationality, education, social origin, political and religious beliefs, residence, and also enterprises, establishments, organizations have the right to become a reader of the Central City Library. To become a reader of the library you need to apply to the Users Registration Sector having with you a passport or other document, which proves your identity. The reader receives the reader's ticket, which guarantees servicing in all departments of the library. |
