On August 16 in the Central City Library named after M.L. Kropyvnytskyi a personal exhibition of book graphics "Sketches" by artist from Bashtanka, Alla Bondareva, was opened.

The exhibition included 17 paintings. The presented monochrome drawings were created for the design of books by Ukrainian writers, in order to maximally enhance the perception of poetic lines about bright moments of human life. Also the exhibition included works of painting on glass, which the artist became fond of not so long ago.

During the war, Alla Bondareva continued to work creatively, joined the volunteer activities of the Association "Art-Spokusa" and made illustrations for two books by I. Kozak, "Bridges of Love" and "Billberry Name Day".

The opening of the exhibition was attended by friends, artists from Mykolaiv and Bashtanka, as well as readers of the library. Everyone looked at the graphic drawings with enthusiasm, compared them with book images and lively discussed the subjects of the paintings.

The musical accompaniment by Andrii Kryvoruchko, the director of music school 8, gave everyone the inspiring mood. The sounds of the guitar enhanced the festive atmosphere of the event.
