The Institute of mathematical modeling ФРАКСІМ , the Association Informatio -consortium (public organization) is the financial-organizational support of the library as a participant of the consortium, informative service, access to the electronic resources of the EBSCO company, seminars-training for the CLN workers, mastering of new software products.

The “Charitable fund Юнітус is the creation of an informative-resource center on the problems of drunkenness, drug addiction, HIV/AIDS. On its base is the publishing center for preparation of informative materials and their distribution among the city educational institutions, vocational schools, parents, risk groups.

The Charitable fund Mykolaiv - 2000 is the participation in realization of the city program A Man of the Year, A Dweller of the Year. Jointly with the small-scale enterprise Kimmeria's abilities an annual edition of bibliographic reference book A Man of the Year, A Dweller of the Year is carried out.
