A creative session called "Vyshyvanochka," dedicated to World Vyshyvanka Day, was held at the library. During the meeting, children learned a lot of interesting and useful information about Ukrainian ornaments, symbolism, traditions, and the unique features of vyshyvanka styles.
The library's art space was filled with bright colors, sincere emotions, and an atmosphere of creativity on this day. The participants of the masterclass enthusiastically created cute decorative compositions with funny little hares.
This is a presentation of a collection by Oleksandr Sychov—Honored Artist of Ukraine, poet, musician, serviceman of military unit 3039 of the National Guard of Ukraine, and a long-time friend of the library.
The invited trainer from the Cultural and Artistic Association "Art-Spokusa" was the Honored Master of Folk Art of Ukraine, Tetiana Uiankina.
Club members immersed themselves in the magic of words that accompany us throughout our lives – the mysteries of Ukrainian names.
Participants created delicate spring flowers from satin ribbons. They used chenille wire for stamens, wide ribbons for petals and leaves, and wire for the elegant stems.
Visitors had a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the exotic art of ikebana together with Tetiana Yeromenko, a master florist of the Association of Florists of Ukraine.
It was conducted by the leading Mykolaiv master of the "Art-Spokusa" Cultural and Artistic Association—Lesia Saikovska. Under the guidance of the experienced artist, participants created their own decorative plates.
