The project is being implemented for the 125th anniversary of the Central City Library named after M. L. Kropyvnytskyi in cooperation with the Cultural and Artistic Association "Art-Spokusa".

June is a month that generously gives colors: juicy greenery, ripe red berries, colorful flowers... This is exactly how we see it in the exhibition, which brought together 23 works from 9 craftswomen from Mykolaiv and the region.

Among the authors are Iryna Hurska, Tetiana Veremienko, Svitlana Boikova-Kaliuzhna, Lesia Saikovska, Olena Mishchenko, Oksana Davydova, Honored Master of Folk Art of Ukraine Tetiana Uliankina, Natalia Rakitina, and the youngest participant - Elizaveta Holova.

The exhibition features: drawings, felting and embroidery paintings, still lifes, graphics, textile compositions, quilling — everything that conveys the summer energy of June!

The atmosphere of the opening was created by:
– the premiere of the song “Red Poppies” performed by Hanna Krapivina and Tatiana Savchenko (People’s Vocal Studio of the Mykolaiv City Teachers’ House);
– a performance by Honored Artist of Ukraine Oleksandr Sychov;
– a poetic congratulation from Honored Worker of Culture of Ukraine Leonid Rzhepetskyi.

We invite you to view the exhibition — "Ruddy June" is already waiting for you within the walls of our library!
