This meeting became a journey to two cultures at once — Hungarian and Jewish! The guests of honor were representatives of the NGO "Democratic Union of Hungarians of Ukraine" and the NGO "Mykolaiv Regional Union of Hungarians named after St. Laszlo".
The attendees were introduced to the traditions, rituals, and dishes of Hungarian cuisine by Kutuzaki Judit, head of the NGO "Mykolaiv Regional Union of Hungarians named after St. Laszlo".
And the representative of the Jewish community Larysa Zaitseva introduced the participants to Jewish culture, national traditions, and cuisine.
Everyone was able to taste:
— Hungarian apple pie,
— Gundel pancakes, as well as traditional Jewish dishes — farshmak, hummus, and pies.

The children's location was no less interesting: the little visitors listened to a Hungarian folk tale, got to know the country and its traditions, were treated to pancakes, and were truly delighted!
