On June 24, the Central City Library named after M. Kropyvnytskyi, together with the cultural and artistic association "Art-Spokusa", held a soulful master class for regular readers - creating a Travnytsia motanka doll.
The charming craftswoman Olha Tarasova shared the secrets of making this amulet doll. Natural fabrics, lace, ribbons, threads — everything came to life in the hands of the participants. And also — a real bouquet of fragrant herbs: chamomile, mint, lavender, thyme, lemon balm, oregano, motherwort…
The space was instantly filled with the aroma of comfort and peace.
Each motanka is unique. Inside is the warmth of herbs, outside is the beauty of an elegant outfit with an apron and a handkerchief, and in the hands is a flower and a bag of medicinal plants.
The finished Travnytsia is not just a decoration - it is the guardian of health, peace, and harmony in the home.
