On August 6, with the support of the Mykolaiv Regional Center for Social Services, a bright and inspiring master class “Summer in the Boho Style” was held.
It was conducted by Valentyna Kryvtsova, head of the Cultural and Artistic Association “Art-Spokusa”.
We started with a short excursion into the history of the Boho Style, got acquainted with its main features - eclecticism, ethnic motifs, a wealth of textures and colors. And then we immersed ourselves in a creative atmosphere, where everyone had the opportunity to create their own interior decoration.
We took embroidery hoops as a basis and turned them into stylized Ukrainian wreaths. We added everything that helps you feel summer to the touch: lace, ribbons, beads, flowers, feathers, bright butterflies, and even the symbol of summer — zarianka bird.
Our participants, like forest monkeys, created with their souls — it seemed that just a little more and the library would turn into a magical forest!
