The event was held with the participation of the "Charming Melody" duet from the Mykolaiv City Palace of Culture and Solemn Events. The host of the event was Olena Shevchenko, a soloist of the Palace of Culture's vocal studio. The head of the vocal studio is Viktoriia Osadcha.
The program "In melody there are laughter, tears, and love" was presented by a creative duet of instrumentalists from the Palace of Culture — Anna Kozhurova (bandura) and Valentyna Ovsiannykova (flute). They performed lyrical and well-known compositions about love, blending the tenderness of the bandura with the lightness of the flute.
