The modern information space has long been about more than just texts. Today, media trends are dictated by artificial intelligence, and along with new technologies come new challenges for our security.

During the intensive session, we talked about:
- how media is transforming and why social media algorithms try to control our attention;
- how artificial intelligence creates content — from texts to deepfakes — and how this affects the perception of reality;
- what hooks are used to trigger panic, aggression, or blind trust in us.

Now, the training participants know that they should trust their own eyes online very cautiously. We analyzed practical cases and mastered the following:

1. We learned to notice the "little things" that show images generated by AI : blurred textures, unnatural details (like extra fingers or strange shadows), a specific eye glare, and plastic faces.

2. We learned to use cold critical thinking instead of emotions, check primary sources, and recognize hidden psychological triggers in the news.

Information hygiene in the era of AI is no longer just a useful skill, but a necessary armor for each of us!

Thank you to all participants for their engagement, sharp eyes, and cool questions during the practical assignments!
