The team of the Central City Library named after M.L. Kropyvnytskyi is glad to be a partner of the sister library from Kharkiv in the organization and holding of the literary competition "The stones can speak".

The centralized library system of the Saltiv district of Kharkiv became a sister library of our library in December 2023.

This decision was made after two days of teleconferences. The relationship that librarians of Ukraine build among themselves in the conditions of the Russian-Ukrainian war, and previously due to the quarantine restrictions associated with the coronavirus disease, when everyone communicated using mobile devices and computers, can be briefly characterized as follows «Own to own on own».

The war affected all spheres of public life without exception, touched every citizen of Ukraine. Librarians have accepted all the challenges created by the war and are jointly looking for solutions to overcome the current problems and threats.

We suggest you to familiarize yourself with the Regulations on the literary competition "The stones can speak" at the link http://surl.li/tbqww.

We thank our colleagues, we wish success and inspiration to all participants!
